RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

All salon services require a major credit card to secure your appointment. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment(s), please notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid an automatic credit card charge of a percentage of the service total. For a "no show", your credit card will automatically be charged for the full value of services.


CONFIRMATION NOTIFICATIONS

As a courtesy, our scheduling system will also send out an email or text reminder of your appointment at least one day prior to your appointment. If we or our scheduling system are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and potential cancellation fees.


ARRIVAL

If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. Your stylist will do their best to accommodate you. In order to ensure the best service and experience, we encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.


WALK-INS

Generally we are not able to accommodate walk-in guests. Appointments are recommended to ensure every guest receives a relaxed and comfortable service.


CHILD SAFETY POLICY

We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in the salon. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and salon experience of our guests. Children are only permitted in the salon when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.


Jewelry & Personal Items

We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing, jewelry, phones, and accessories.


FORMS OF PAYMENT

We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept all major credit cards, Halogen Hair Company Gift Cards, and cash. There is a 3% processing fee on all card charges. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.


GRATUITIES

Gratuity (tipping) is up to the discretion of each client. The industry average is $15%-20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. Our team greatly appreciates your generosity!


ZERO TOLERANCE

We have a zero tolerance policy for hate speech in the salon. Individuals that display discriminatory beliefs regarding gender, sex, age, race, ethnicity, (dis)ability, religion, sexual orientation, etc will be immediately asked to leave the salon.


SMOKING

There is absolutely no smoking of cigarettes/e-cigs/vapes permitted in the salon or outside areas surrounding the building as dictated by the owner of the building. Please kindly refrain from smoking.

We are happy to accommodate patrons of any ability. Our building is completely handicap accessible. Please reach out for any special accommodations.
